Store Purchase Returns

We will gladly accept returns on any non-sale, unopened or unused merchandise in new or unused condition with your original receipt for full merchandise refund within 3 days from date of purchase.

Gift & Registry Returns

All gift returns will be issued a store credit; NO CASH REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE.

Return Policy Exceptions

Please note all purchases on furniture, custom orders, personalized gifts, and holiday items are final and cannot be returned. All sale and promotional purchases are final; no refunds or store credits available. BOUTIQUE CAROUSEL reserves the right to refuse any return if they do not meet our return requirements.
